It happened on the previous visit to big O. But after that visit the manager called me twice, said I would get a free oil change because of the 5 hour wait that I experienced. When I went Yesterday, I asked about the free oil change, but only got 50%off after asking. The scheduling process is very flawed !!!

Have no choice since they are Big O tires. Took in for routine rotation now car pulls to the right just like it did when the tires were first put on the car now another call and unnecessary trip

Front desk to stop trying to lose business by lying to customers to try to say that there is something wrong but their isn’t. People talk and that’s why expectation does not be met.

When someone has a scheduled time you need to stick to that schedule and not take others that didnt schedule appointments. If you aren't going to do it that way don't have the option to schedule appointments.

So the work requested instead of trying to upsell. They told her she needed to replace the tire. She did not have to replace it.
