Flooded my car pushed gas peddle it’s fuel injected

Everything was great except I wish the price wasn't so high

Great service but was told it would only take an hour and I was there for almost 3 hours

Well they did not have any cheaper tires in stock. And they told me me after the fack that they broke one of my studs off of a wheel. Come to think about it they didn't even tell me which one they did it to. I used to work for big o back in the day and to me they kinda spoke to me as if I had no clue what they were even doing like I was kinda a older person or a woman or even a kid that just got Thier license I'm 46 and been building car and trucks since I was 12

The older man is not friendly at all kinda makes you think twice about going back to this location he has select costermers that he talks to it's very uncomfortable

Brought the car in for oil change they found lug nuts that were stripped and had to be replaced was not expecting to have to pay more

Call ahead of time and was told one price for a conventional oil change. When I arrived, I was told you honor coupons and price match. When I was ready to checkout, neither coupons or price match was accepted. Then it was more expensive than the original price told to me on the call.
