I was very satisfied with the customer service and the service itself. However, I feel the facility could have been cleaner and or updated.

My check engine light came on . I ask them to check it . Brandon tells me in an annoying tone that it could be one of 30 codes and did not gave time to check them all out . WOW I WAS LIKE WTF. Won’t be going back to that location I liked Tom and the shop crew .

The service was good...but some of the extras with an oil change have been discontinued...I was hoping to have my transmission fuild and rear-end grease checked but I was told I will have to take the car a a transmission shop...extra expenses and more time involvement.

They walked be out, stood in front of, and talked to me about the vehicle of another customer. When I told them that was not my vehicle, the guy insisted that is was my vehicle.

I was told I need tires for something which symptoms are indicative of a vehicle that is being stored the tires were off of my car for more than a year and have only been on there for about 6 months and in that 6 6 months my car has had four wheel alignment and the same number of tire rotations I took my car to another place and ask them to look at my tires they said they looked fine so not sure if they were just trying to sell tires or if my car really needed them but I will be getting new tires from the place I purchased them from originally because my tires were under warranty so if nothing else I guess I appreciate them pointing that out before my tire warranty ran out
