one of your associates noticed that my turn signal wasnt working i had replaced the bulb 2 months ago but he cleaned the outlet out and it was working again. i cant remember his name .

Think I’ve always gotten good honest service. Many years ago I used big o in Jeffersonville but started getting bad service & bad attitude. So I started coming to Clarksville location. Been happy with my service…so far. 😊

Had a low tire, instead of just assuming it was the cold air they checked my tire. It had an object in it. They repaired the tire and got me back on the road. Great friendly service

As soon as I walked in I was taken care of. He said there’s our waiting room and there’s fresh coffee. In a few minutes my car was taken back and wasn’t long until I was finished. Everyone was friendly counter staff and technicians. I will return and already told family about prompt service
