I usually get my service done at Kia, where my car was purchased from. Of course when I needed my car worked on, all Kia locations in the area are booked up for Saturday. I used to take all my vehicles to Big O’ Tires. This place had quite a few appointment times. The price to get my alignment done was actually a little cheaper than Kia. This place was my rescue because I needed my car’s alignment fixed ASAP.

Great energy. Saw All the guys smiling/laughing while working but super efficient. Everyone was overly pleasant. Saw Brandon, manager, as the main guy who provided the free air service. The small touches were impressive And to be noticeable

I came in without an appointment to get my tires rotated. They were able to get me in and out in less than 30 minutes.

The service was low air for pressure. The Tech . filled the tire noticed a screw. He'd the tire serviced. Home Run ! Great Service!

I have been doing business at this particular Big-O tire location for many years and have always been completely satisfied with the service I have received from these folks. The location has changed hands and the new owner seems to be very serious about seeing to it that his customers are completely satisfied with their visit. The place is cleaner and brighter than it has been in the past as well. I see no present reason to do business elsewhere for my truck maintenance needs. I I first went to this big old I think it was 1975 then bought a new set of tires and rim has been going there ever since Doug and Dawn are super nice and all of his employees so far have been nice under stand that Doug has sold it but I will continue to go there

Friendly service , store was. Lean they were prompt and good to customers . It’s very busy and they were very kind and helpful explaining my cars problem . It was fixed in a good timely manner
