I was very satisfied with the service person Lucas, he kept me informed. He was very friendly. I have dealt with this Big O for more than 20 years, I see alot of changes and hope that you all keep the friendly experience I'm use to. It makes me a little uneasy not knowing to many people when I go in.

I’m very satisfied with Big-O tires & always have been. I’m 60 + years, so I’m old school, Big-O treats people like a mom & pop old time store & you don’t see that very often.
