Big O Tires

I was in and out within 20 min for my tire that was loosing air. Another tire company on leeis and clark parkway in front of home depot in clarksville in told me i needed to leave vehicle and would be the next afternoon at the earliest. Thats impossible for your only car and an almost flat tire. Not like you can drive it and make an appointment in two days

I have always been very impressed with the customer service I have received here. However, I wanted to write a review regarding how the team, especially the manager, handled an extremely disgruntled guest. Nothing could make this customer happy, not even if they offered her a million dollars, however, they all kept their cool and worked with her the best they could. I would gladly hiring these guys to work in my retail store if I could steal them from Big ‘O.

I was very impressed with the way Brandon, General Manager, handled a very rude and unreasonable customer that kept changing what services she wanted every 10 minutes due to a perceived time constraint with her changing schedule. He accommodated every request and held his composure, deescalating the situation.

The online appointment system was very convenient and staff at the store could not have been more friendly. They made me feel like a valued customer and made the process very simple.

I had a puncture in my back right tire.Had good news and bad news. The tire was under warranty and they would definitely be able to install a new one. The new tire's warranty would cost $50. They did not have this specific one in stock, so they ordered it to be delivered that day. I asked if it would be in by 5pm, the time I get off work and they said yes. Would there be time for them to install the new tire before they closed? Again a definite yes. They were ready for me when I got there after work and installed the new tire in no time.

I always get treated with respect at this location. The guys are very helpful and knowledgeable of the tires they carry.
