The associate who I dealt with was very helpful. I’m not very knowledgeable with cars and when I came to get my new tires he explained clearly and thoroughly what my options were and what would be the best value for my car.

I dealt with Tom at this location and he was amazing! He kept me informed about what was happening and explained what needed to be done and why. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the location and the friendliness of all the staff. I had been a 32 year customer of Michel Tires until they did something so unscrupulous that it made it impossible for me to continue going there. I didn't know what to expect going into Big O for the first time but I have to tell they checked all the boxes over Michel's. It's a larger, cleaner, more pleasant location and when I've waited with the vehicle at Michel's 4-1/2 hours for what was supposed to have been a 30-minute job, I wasn't kept informed and was treated rather rudely when I inquired whether there was a problem. Now I only regret that I didn't switch to Big O sooner!

I had a tire issue, two nails in the driver rear. They handled it promptly with tremendous customer service. The service was fast and friendly and the staff was extremely courteous. I would and will recommend to all my friends.

I have always found this location to have reliable, friendly staff. They communicate any potential issues, or just the vehicle status and what was done, as well as all expenses. They ask before adding on any additional repairs/expenses.
