Big O Tires

I did have to go back as my light indicator was still showing that the tire was low. I wasn’t sure if there was still an issue with the tire but I believe someone at big o tire reset something but they didn’t really say what? The young tire technician was super helpful but he wasn’t aware it was a reset. It was one of the guys at counter that must have reset it. I would still go back when I need new tires.

I have used you all for several years although sometimes pricey your availability to resolve my issues and get me back on the road helps me to keep coming back.

Quick in and out for my tire rotation. Always been provided excellent service at this location.

My appointment time was for 10:30 am to have a tire repaired. We dropped off our vehicle around 9:00 am. We received a call to pickup the vehicle around 9:30 am. Worked out great for us.

The tire service was really efficient, The technician disposed of my defective tire and put away my spare neatly. The front desk guy wasn’t so friendly that’s my only complaint. The price of one tire was super high but I’m sure that’s due to inflation. Overall good service

My wife and I came to the Clarksville location extremely last minute to get her truck checked out. From the very beginning Brandon and the boys were courteous and we never once got the feeling like we were being taken advantage of , due to us both being women. Everything was explained in terms we understood and was taken care of quickly, Brandon made sure to let us know about the leasing options because we dang near had to fix EVERYTHING on that bad boy (which we had a feeling when we brought it in). I will never go anywhere else for vehicle servicing, they feel more like family than a business. Thank you Brandon and the Boys !!
