First time experience with bringing in my car. Usually my husband takes care of this. They made me feel very comfortable and were very nice. Had a screw in my tire. I waited while they fixed it. Thinking I would be there for hours but they took care of it immediately and with no charge! I was totally shocked they did this free for me and wait time was very little. Had such great experience and no longer have a fear of having to come back to Big O Tires!!! Very impressed!! Great team of guys on duty!! Thank you very much!! Great experience!!

The people working there are very nice and don't take advantage of me not knowing much about cars. I have had friends go to the Jeffersonville IN store and been ripped off. I have advised them to go to the Clarksville store. They are fair and treat you like family. Would not take my car anywhere else. Thanks Brandon and all the staff at the Clarksville BO Tires
