I don’t know much about cars and had bad experiences with other places but this BOT help me a lot and explain to what was happening.

I had a nail in my tire so i had to stop at the nearest tire shop i could find and this happened to be it. I explained what happened he took my keys and within 20 minutes they handed me my keys and explained they just plugged my tire and since my day was terrible they plugged it for free
