Big O Tires

Kaitlyn Procopio is a joy to deal with, she goes the extra mile to make sure our daughter’s Jeep was ready to take her to Stanford University. We find Kaitlyn to be very knowledgeable and efficient every time she helps us with our autos.

My wife came in at closing time with a flat. They brought her right in, installed the spare, ordered a new tire, and gave us an appointment the next day to have it installed. Only reason my answer on "How likely I am to recommend Big O to someone else within the next 30 days" wasn't at the top is because it's no sure thing anyone will ask me where to get tires in the next 30 days.

Employees were very friendly. My car was finished quicker than I expected.
