The lady that helped me was so knowledgeable and super sweet. I got all my stuff set up on Friday and this morning I’ve seen 6 golden finches, chickadees and several other birds I’ve never seen show up at the feeders. My grandkids and I have had a blast watching them. These are all birds I’ve never seen at my feeders!!!

Had products I wanted. Kera answered my questions and made suggestions. New employee , Katherine greeted us when we came in, cashed us out, mentioned we had bird bucks for next visit, and Kera carried our purchases to our car.

The owners of this franchise are always friendly and helpful. The always take time to answer any questions I have. This visit they answered questions about nesting habits of the birds in my yard here in Northeast Tennessee
