Friendly customer service. She didn’t seem to be very familiar with the charms I asked about but made an attempt to find out from other employees. Stock was low(right after Mother’s Day) and I am visiting from out of stare so I won’t return to this store until next year.

I visited the Oxnard store on Mother’s Day and waited 10 mins before I was greeted. I’d like to think that this was due to how busy the store was and that they probably didn’t notice the door open and close. But I was rather sad when the people behind me were greeted and helped before I was. I literally stood at the counter waiting for someone to acknowledge me but was passed three times. Sam noticed me after she was done with her customers and I LOVED her! She was extremely fun to work with, had great customer service, and was an enabler- which I love! I hope to see her the next time I visit the store. Kudos to you, Sam!
