The employee at the register was new, which is okay other than there wasn't someone there training him as there should have been. He didn't know how to ring up items, and continually had to ask someone who was preparing food which buttons to push. Then, he claimed my credit card wouldn't swipe although I believe he was doing something wrong or it would have swiped. He handed it back to me and said it wouldn't swipe so we needed another way to pay. My husband gave him his card and he claimed it wouldn't swipe either. Although I did not believe the problem to be with the credit cards, I recommended him keying in the information manually. He had someone come show him how to do that. So, ordering took much longer and was more frustrating than it should have been. Then, when we received the food, they had packaged our 2 beef chilada singles together, and I had specifically asked for them to be separate because they were for 2 separate people. I also had to tell the workers that they come with chips, the workers did not seem to know that. This taco bueno used to be poorly ran, but then the last couple of years it had gotten so much better. So, for the past couple of years we have began to go there again. I'm hoping this was just a one time bad experience and that this taco bueno hasn't gone back to their poor service and problems that they had in the past.

It's basic fast food Mexican which is not my favorite and tastes very processed.

The rice was not properly cooked and was hard.

Bad employees. Unclean place. I will not return to this location.

food was sloppy and not put together well. the employees care more about laughing with one another rather than tend to guests. one lady was sweeping rugs next to me while I was eating with my family. freaking gross.
