Found men's underwear under the bed...

Bathroom was dirty. Hair and mold in shower. Called front desk. They said they would get someone immediately. I returned at midnight it still wasn't cleaned. Went to front desk was told Boone was available and they gave me supplies to clean it myself. I asked to me moved to another room. They were booked. I spoke with the manager first thing next morning told them I was checking out early and expected a full refund. I highly recommend that they clean this hotel.
