The staff in the bar was horrible. I had to ask for napkins and forks. The chips were stale and the drinks sat out so long that they melted.

The service was horrible

Frustrated with the slow service. We had to ask other wait staff to dind our waitress. There were several tables not cleaned off. the waitress even admitted the tray of cleared dirty dishes behind our table had been there since the morning. Hated being put in that dirty corner. Servive was so slow. Very disappoonted

We had such bad service we actually asked to switch waitresses. The new one was so much better!

It took ten minutes for a hostess to even come to the front to seat us. It took another 15 minutes before the waiter came to the table to take our drink order and 30 minutes to get our food. When we got our food the runner gave my food to another person I was dining with and forgot my order. When she comes back with the order she said my friend had my plate and to switch but she had already stated to eat. The place was not crowed this is my last time coming here

Speed of service was so slow. Never has it been that bad. The chips were way too salty, it tasted like I was just eating salt. I got the spinach and mushroom enchilada and it tasted more like grass than anything, hardly any mushrooms. We were the only table our waitress had and she took over 15 minutes just to take our drink order.
