On The Border

We walked in to OTB about 1:00p.m. ish. There were 10 or more tables open. We gave all of our info to the greeter and he said it would be a 5 to 10 minute wait. No worries! 20 minutes later we were noticing that 3 to 4 parties were walking in and being seated. My husband ask why we weren't seated yet. We were told the mgr had erased our names accidentally. We were seated immediately in a booth that had been open the entire time. Kind of weird. The mgr walked past is many times and never said anything. The staff was very kind. The mgr acted like he didn't have a clue about anything. Thx

The service was very slow. They took forever to get our drink order and never apologized. We were constantly out of drinks and in need of chip refills.

Use less lettuce on everything! I ordered nachos.. Not an enormous heaping pile of gross wilted lettuce with a few nachos underneath..

I had an offer for a free queso but never received it because it got too busy. I've had many positive experiences at OTB but this time the food just didn't taste very good. The service wasn't great either. (This was not the waiters fault. Not enough staff.)

Chicken tastes boiled then grilled - maybe grilled

Waitress started off great but once the food came, she did not come back to check on our table or offer refills so I never received another drink. This location is my least favorite and will not be returning since this isn't the first time I had a negative experience.
