My first visit to the St. Augustine location after our Palm Coast store close. Jade was very helpful and pleasant, both when I called and when I arrived. The store is very clean and merchandise well displayed and not crowded. Great experience.

This is my favorite store for all my bird supplies. I also like to shop for gifts there. I believe in supporting small businesses as much as possible. This store is such a joy to visit and the staff are wonderful and joyful.

I got exactly what I came in for quickly. The staff was friendly and the birds love what I feed them from Wild Birts.

I shop here on a regular basis. The staff is great and happy to help.

And I came in, totally discouraged, because the squirrels are eating us out of house and home. The manager and the young lady with him were very very helpful and they walked us all sorts of ways we could do things and then the bottom line is they told us we need to buy this big tower like bird holder feeder. They didn’t push it on us. They didn’t make us feel like we had a habit or there was no tomorrow, but they told us all the reasons why it would work in our yard, I would say they spent at least 30 minutes with us maybe more it was a very good experience when I thought there was no hope for us

The merchandise is top quality. Best bird feeder I ever owned. Squirrels hate it it or at least the haven't figured it out. Staff very knowledgeable.
