The store is bright, clean and visually beautiful. The staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable about the product. The senior sales person are much more pleasant to work with.

When I walked into the store I was greeted with the best customer service by the 2 ladies who were there , they made me feel welcomed and even more excited to purchase a new bracelet. They showed me all trays , different bracelet types. And even offered to clean my current necklace I previously bought from Pandora ! the whole experience was warm hearted and I will for sureeee be back ! Highly recommend more associates like such.
