The saleswoman explained how to care for my charms. I was never told to place in ten years my jewelry in a zip lock bag. The saleswoman was customer friendly. My jewelry was cleaned. It had only been cleaned prior by a private jewelry owner.

Your Associate, Maha, was kind, patient with me, very helpful and knowledgeable about your merchandise. She listened to what I was looking to purchase as I had gotten gifts cards from my kids and wanted something that reminded me of them. Her input was very helpful making my decision on what to buy easier and I really appreciated that because your selection is so large it’s hard to choose.

I went into the store not knowing exactly what I wanted and Cherry (sales associate) was very patient and helpful as I searched through all the Disney Pandora charms looking for just the right thing. She made suggestions about clips and helped me with selecting earrings and never once made me feel rushed to decide. She was also very kind and friendly and made the shopping experience very easy for me!

Every time I shop at this particular Pandora, I always leave with more than I intended to. I attribute this to the terrific customer service and the quality of the Pandora brand products. In addition to these, I definitely appreciate the multiple methods in which Pandora allows customers to purchase its merchandise e.g., Pandora credit, Affirm, AfterPay, etc.

The sales rep was knowledgeable about product offerings, best options, and sizing. The store was clean and it didn’t take to long to receive assistance.
