Cherry assisted me immediately and cheerfully. I went in for a purchase and to have an older bead/charm evaluated for authenticity. She carefully examined the item & declared that it was not authentic, so I purchased another to replace it - two beads/charms purchased! I like this store because the staff is so great, the stock is good & parking is available right at the door without having to trek through a mall.
