The sales rep Adryonna was more than accommodating and went above and beyond helping me find the perfect charms for my daughter. I called prior to visiting the store to see if they had a particular bracelet in stock and a couple charms and she held them for me until I could get there on my lunch. She was able to look through all of the inventory and find one that was a last call charm and happened to be the one my daughter wanted the most! Her patience and friendliness with me and overall knowledge of the product was superior!
