I went into the store with a specific idea of what I wanted for a retirement gift. Tamara, the person helping me listened to what I was looking for and was efficient in finding different options for me. She thought outside the box and offered things I wouldn't think of. We found the perfect pair of earrings and I know the person will love them..Tamara was friendly and happy to help me. She even cleaned my Pandora bracelet for me! She was awesome! Plus that store location is sparkling clean!

I went to make sure a gift I received was the correct size and wasn’t expecting to make a purchase. Diana was very helpful. I did end up purchasing a couple charms and a pendant.

Our salesperson Tamera was extremely helpful and kind. She assisted me with caring for my bracelet and obtaining the proper care kit for my bracelet that no one else bothered to ever tell me about. She was also lovely enough to clean it for me, she’s such a joy, and a sweetheart. She made my Christmas.
