Just love the atmosphere and staff are always very helpful. Prices are little high ~ especially for accessories (watering devices, feeders, etc) so I'm motivated to get those elsewhere. But seed quality and selection is fantastic!

I bought a 20lb bag of seed, but this batch had a lot of large peanuts in it and would not go through the feeder openings. This was the same type I buy on a regular basis, but this batch was different. I was able to return more than half the bag for a 50% credit which satisfied me.

Staff is knowledgeable, uses the product, and provided tips for installation.

I enjoy the variety of items to choose from and especially love chatting with the staff about food and birds. Everyone is always kind and knowledgeable. I once took a bag of peanuts out to my car only to have it rip open before I got it inside the car. The staff was so friendly and kind they helped me clean it up and put it in a new bag. I love this store. I’ll always shop here and no where else. Thank you for the amazing service!
