The store is always exceptionally clean and product is organized so well that it is very easy to find what you are looking for. I cannot say enough positive remarks about the staff I have met. Each one was genuinely friendly, patient, and very knowlegble about both birds and products. This experience is 100% consistent and aside from the quality of the product, the assistance from the staff and how I am treated is why I shop exclusively with Wild Birds Unlimited for the past 5 years or so. It is very rare to find a buisiness with these qualities.
