I did not see as wide a variety of bird seed options as at the Castle Rock franchise in the past. Also, we did not have issues with "unwanted" birds partaking of the seed from CR. We are having problems with magpies now.

I purchased a squirrel-proof cage feeder. Within a week the squirrels figured out how to open the cage. I'm going to purchase a baffle, which should solve the problem, but I'm a little disappointed that the cage couldn't keep the squirrels out.

The store did not know I had renewed my membership. You should have a way that other stores can see the information . She could see my membership expired in January of 2022 , but not that I renewed it on April 6, 2022.

The man that checked me out forget to include my 10.00 bird buck. Didn’t notice until I had left the store.

Way over priced . Also free bird seed gifted to me last fall is not liked by my birds . Squirrels love it however

The pricing is tricky. I am a member, but was charged the non-member price because I used my $10 bird bucks reward. I feel this is misleading, to not give the club price when combined with bird buck rewards, and am so disappointed as we are avid fans of Bird Talk Radio on KNUS.
