I was already a member at the Wadsworth store, but decided to buy a membership at the Highlands Ranch location as well, as it is also convenient for me...Jordan was super nice and helpful!!

Store had what I needed and more. Store is close to my home. Lady who helped me friendly and very personable.

We love the store. We have never fed meal worms before & the sales person pointed out the best feeders. There was a nice selection & range of prices.

I came into the Highlands Ranch store a couple of weeks ago with many, many questions. My experience with Jordan was impeccable! Not only did she have answers and product solutions to my many, many questions, she was very patient and even shared some of her own personal experiences. She made me realize I was more “birdy” than I initially thought and she never made me feel like I was asking “dumb questions”. She’s now my new BBFF and go-to for all my birding questions and product solutions.

There was a nice lady to check me out. She was knowledgeable. She helped me find what I wanted. What more could I want!?

I came in to buy a specific product recommended on the Wildbirds Unlimited radio show that day. After viewing the product, the sales person was able to refine my search for other products that would also interest me. I have been a member since December, and am enjoying learning more each visit on how I can attract and best feed the birds in my area of the Foothills of Colorado.

The staff are awesome! I’ve shopped at the WBU store on wadsworth before and love your products. But just like the other store the staff at this one are very personable, happy, and love what they do.

Jordan, the staff member we spoke with, was highly informative and engaging. She helped us determine what we needed for that day, and also gave us many ideas and resources to consider how we might continue to make our back yard very hospitable for birds. We were happy we stopped in and look forward to our next visit.
