I love pollo loco but they forgot to give us an order and they didn't give us a receipt

What we came for they were out of. We got put on hold for a long time and kept having to repeat our order. All we were compensated with was a free drink. The girls excuse was that they were almost closing. They weren't closet yet though, so the customer service should have been the same.
