Very good food for being fast food. This location had excellent customer service. The girl let us know that not all items were on the menu. We were looking for something but thought it had been taken off the menu. Very happy that the cashier told us it was in fact still available. Will be returning.

Getting expensive and have to pay more for white meat.. Never understood why you have to pay for tortillas.. And 99 cents for 3 when you can spend that much for a whole package at a store

El pollo loco has great food but is getting expensive.. Use to have free tortillas but not you have to pay for it.. Use to have a mixed chicken but now it's only legs & thighs and have to pay more for the mixed chicken.. There salad is really good though!!

Order a bacon chicken salad and got a salad with mango instead. I'm allergic to mangos.. Couldnt eat it.. Also wanted a carne asada burrito. Was told no carne asada..
