The clasp on a bracelet I bought for my daughter in law broke. The magnificent manager attempted a repair but decided a replacement would be more secure. She had all my charms and bracelets cleaned. Amazing!

Only issue was that I had to wait because there was only 1 employee working. She was very good but could have made it better by acknowledging me when I came in the store. Simply look up and say “hi, I’ll be with you in a moment”.
