Great customer service. I was looking for a Christmas charm, and was met with satisfaction. I wanted a Santa charm; but was shown something better and different.

The lady was very patient with me as I started looking without my mom there. They were very knowledgeable about the information about the charm bracelet and charms.

The associate was friendly and knowledgeable. She went above standards as far as customer service. Would definitely revisit.

This is my first charm bracelet I just love Pooh bear ! We almost didn’t have a charm bracelet big enough but that isn’t their fault, and then I went back the next day to get the tiger charm I had to get the last one on the display hand but again they just need more stuff I am highly satisfied
