El Pollo Loco

I'm always satisfied w/ el pollo loco. The cashier corrected my order making it a combo & saved me money. I really appreciate that.

The girl Ana H was the one who took my order. She started with a monotone and annoyed attitude when "welcoming" me. I had not been to el pollo loco in years, and had a favorite menu item I did not see. When trying to explain she continuously cut me off, suggesting that the chicken bowl I was referencing was a shrimp tostada. Trying to explain it wasn't a salad, she continued to tell me To Order the salad and she'll take the lettuce out... Ummm what!? She began to get very impatient, rude and between pauses could tell she was talking bad about me for asking questions. I ended up ordering something I did not like. I also ordered a cheese quesadilla- she proved her annoyed and unprofessional point when handing me a messy bag with spilling sauce and a cheese quesadilla with cold cheese that spilled all over my car and a half filled dr pepper. I won't go back to el pollo loco- not for that kind of service ever. Huge let down and disappointment and I really hope the reevaluate the stuff they are hiring. She gave you guys a bad name
