El Pollo Loco

I got the family meal deal. The chicken is always on point. The cheese enchiladas were horrible!!! They were cold and under prepared. I started to return them. The checkout was several cars long and the wait was outrageous! When I visit, there's always a longer than normal drive thru wait!!!

Great place for family meal

Wanted a healthier chicken instead of fried. I don't eat it all the time. But the taste always suits everyone's taste buds in a pinch for rime

The speed was fine in the drive thru. I was not greeted very quickly once at the window, but they were still friendly and gave me exactly the amount of salsa I asked for which was nice. Food was delicious although quite filling, but I guess that means that I should have stopped eating sooner. Anyway, great visit!

the drive thru took FOREVER

Very slow drive thru. They did not have French fries, tres leches cake, and I had to remind them to give me my beans.
