When I went to El Pollo Loco, I had a positive experience and the employees were also very nice. Although the food took a long time to get, and once I got my food the dish was some what cold.

I like their hotchata but it's taste isn't consistent... :-(

The food was good and the gentleman taking orders was very sweet and wonderful, but it took 14 minutes (!!!) to get my food

I order a 12 piece and a salad and I was disappointed when I didn't receive my order complete I will not recommended it to anyone

The drive thru took a lot longer than usual it seems that I can never win if I go inside the wait is superlong if I go through a drive-through the wait is long I choose this employee a local because it is close and convenient to my job however I must find an alternative due to the slow service and sometimes receiving the wrong order.

I placed my order and waited almost 20 minutes to get my food. I was on lunch break and did not have time to eat.
