I took it in without an appointment about 8:30 am. I didn’t get communication regarding the problem until 10:15. Others coming after me seemed to get taken care of before me.

When a customer has an online appointment actually be able to accept and complete the scheduled service that day. Dropped off our vehicle at 2:00 p.m, got a call at 5:00 p.m. saying "sorry we can't complete the service today, can you drop it off tomorrow morning?" For a simple radiator flush? Please. Complete the service at the quoted price. We then dropped it off the next morning only for them to call us an hour later saying the service was only going to cost us $100 more than what they quoted us. Lol Bad business practices.

The last two times I had my Tires rotated and balanced, I have had to bring it back to be rebalanced. This last time, my car shook and pulled sharply to the right when driving on the freeway. I took it back the following Monday and the problem was solved. Are they working too quickly?
