Was early for the appointment, checked right in, the shop got right to work. ETA of 90 mins. Done in 60 mins. Specified what I needed done, only had to tell it one time. Staff listens, noted, executed and completed. 10/10! Great folks at store #25035

Will and Cameron turned this shop around, after dealing with the last manager I swore off doing business with Big O' ever again, all locations included, ran into Will in the community and gave them another try when the chance came around, impressive turn around
