Big O Tires

My tire was leaking and he couldn’t find a leak but said he would replace the valve. Got down the road and it was still leaking so stopped at closest shop and the valve was never replaced. They replaced it there and issue is fixed now.

I will NEVER be back

Told me that they was going to charge a hour and a half labor to my 48 min job that I could of done in my shop if I had room at the time of my repair and I would of left then and not returned and any of my family and friends will not be back to big o tire ever

First was that it took over two hours to put four tires on my truck. Second was when we left the tire fell off the truck due to lugnuts not being put on correctly. My truck sustained severe damage to fender and front end. Let alone the chaos it has created in my life right now. There is so much right now that I cannot put into words.

It took almost 3 hours for my oil change. I asked for my tires to be rotated, they were not. i checked the oil when i got home and it was 2 quarts low. Also my tire pressure was not adjusted. I paid for a full service and after almost 3 hours i only received half what was paid for. I was shocked that not enough oil was put back in my truck. This is the second time i have had similar problem at this location. I dont know if it is an ownership or management issue, but it is obviously poorly ran

The information about the purchase I was making was very poor I felt like I was being worked by the salesman. The part that needed replacing was ridiculously expensive and I was able to locate the part and replacement for less than half the price I was quoted. Plus I was not shown the part that needed replacing even though I was right there. Communication was terrible

It took 6hrs to perform a wheelbearing,tie rod, rotate and balance tires and alignment my alignment is still wrong and out of camber pulls me hard to the left and have to hold my wheel a quarter turn to the right to stay straight! And then was told I needed to come back to complete it due to 2 bad camber bolts on passenger side mean while my truck is fighting me to stay on the road! Techs need proper training on equipment. Please keep in mind I bought the 5yrs alignment plan and this is the second alignment that was not done correctly as well but that first time it pulled to the right! I should get my alignment money back will never come back again once job is completed properly nor refer anyone to get work done here ever! My family and I are in danger driving until it's fixed properly and I'm not ok with my family safety being put in danger due to in proper traing on alignment equipment or lack of knowledge, this is not acceptable! When someone purchases tires and you install them they should ask If the customer has locking lug nut so if they don't have a key for them they don't have to sit and wait 2 hours for them to tell you they can't do the job. Maybe your techs should have a locking lug nut key set for problems like this not everyone knows they don't have one. This how you lose business

I made an appointment online for a oil changed. Arrived five minutes early. Checked in. Waited an hour, with two children might I say... to be told it could be another two hours or more before my car was serviced. What’s the point of an appointment if your not going to service my car at least close to the time I scheduled it for. I think you shouldn’t be able to make an appointment if it’s not going to be honored. Will never go back.
