I had a coupon that said oil change and tire rotation was $17.99 which I presented upon entering. When the work was completed, I was told the oil change was $69.00 and less the $17.99 coupon, I owed $51.99. I had to point out that the coupon does not state that, after they read the coupon and agreed with me, they then added shop supplies to the bill, my final total was $27.??, which I paid. Big O tires is notorious for jacking up prices on customers. That is why they have a C rating by the BBB and are not recommended.

The best way I know would be if someone like what happened to me orders tires and makes an appointment through your web CERT. You make sure that the tires they ordered are there because I went through this process and I had to settle for tires that I did not order.

Stopped in around 10 am to see about getting an oil change. They were slammed and asked if I could schedule for later in afternoon between 1 & 2. I was fine with that. I was leaving town and wasn’t in a rush. There were 2 labor charges on the receipt. 1 at the top based on time and 1 at the bottom as well. I didn’t notice this until I had left just that the total was high. Husband went to pick up keys and a little before 5 and they hadn’t even started. Said to come back around 545 and it still wasn’t done. When I went back to pick up my car there was no sticker for next oil change. I had specifically asked if they would check windshield wiper fluid because my light was on and I was completely out. The light was still on and I was still out when I got in the car. Extremely frustrating considering the time it took and the higher than normal cost of a simple oil change. I understand they were short staffed but me and my husband both made it perfectly clear we were fine and understanding to the time it may take to make sure it was done properly.

I had tire rotation. Took longer than expected. I watched the guys do it. It took a while to get the tires off. When it was finished, I paid and left. Got it home and noticed the bolts on the tires were smashed and some ruined. Not happy.

The price for the tires was very clear but all the additional charges were excessive.....the mounting fee seemed high but it may be within industry standards.....I'm not sure. The $50 for shop products was way over the top and enough to make me not choose Big O in the future or to recommend it to anyone. All in all the total price was 25% over the cost of the tires. The tires were approximately $1000 and the additional charges were around $250. That was not adequately (not at all) explained up front.

I was estimated 4 Micheline 245 55R 19 tires with the 3 year $149 alignment for around $1200 out the door. When done it was $1486.00. I had talked to a lady on Wednesday about my quote. I declined the extended tire warranty and was told they did offer a military discount. I called to set the appointment on Thursday. She was out and manager set my appointment and expected the tires to be delivered around 2 PM on Friday. Once the work was complete and I got the invoice, I was surprised to see the price change. I said I declined the tire warranty and how much was my military discount. He said $10. He was working by himself and had a number of customers. When I challenged he said he didn't write my ticket. I had ask him to quote new tires for my 2008 F-150 and he failed to provided one. I don't like being taken for granted, especially when I bargain in good faith. I don't fuss and cuss, I just never go back. My Big O Tires in Mooresville, IN and Plainfield, IN have always treated me fair. The handled all my fleet vehicles. I will shop around Columbia, KY where we have retired to for local tires.

The workers in the shop were on their phone too much a time here and there Is fine but every 5 minutes is too much and that’s why I believe my service took a long time and the people at the desk need to know better about prices

Technicians broke a lug nut stud trying to remove the tire. We were told that it would be replaced at no cost to us. At checkout we had to pay $15 for replacing.

Been going to the store in Glasgow for the last 15-18 months and it seems that management has changed. Got an oil change done on my truck and went home to check the oil and it was completely empty. Went back to the store and they ended up putting the correct amount in. Can no longer trust their work. Will not be back
