Over priced on oil changes

Just normal satisfaction

always leave room to grow , nobody's perfect

everything was fine other than the hour and a half wait. appointments are not taken. had i known that lunchtime was not a good time to come in for an oil change i would have adjusted my schedule.

Everything was good, just felt the price paid was to much for the service recieved.

There was an issue with my online order. The tires were not available and not in the warehouse. I should have been told this prior to the visit. Even though the tires I wanted were not available, they put the wrong tires on anyways without consulting with me, compounding the problem. The manager handled the issue great. I was shown a comparable tire, which was better, and i ended up saving money anyways. I would return to this location based on their level of customer care and resolving the issue.

Very friendly staff

I would have been highly satisfied except that about an hour after I got my car back, I lost a hubcap because it was not put on properly.
