The dealership gave me a workorder for over $1000 of things to have done and Big O was upfront about me not needing all those things. Saved me a ton of money. I have been going there for over 20 years and trust them. I wont even try the other Big O in town. Because i got my tires from them previously, both cars received rotations for free. Good service!!

The receptionist was very knowledgeable and courteous. They took my vehicle right in and was out very quickly. Had no problems at all.
