All three gentlemen up front (I believe thier names were:Damontay Miller, Marcus Mcgriff and Garrett Bateman) we're extremely helpful, friendly, informative and professional. I would go back to this store for any services you offer because of this team.

When I walked in the store the guy Jose Mendoza knew exactly who I was, be called me by my name, I told him that I need a new battery and that my battery was under warranty and he checked the warranty and it indeed was still under warranty. The technicians also checked to make sure it was the battery and not the alternator or the started. And when everything checked out, they put the battery in and sent me on my way all in 20-30 minutes times. Very fast and prompt service. And I appreciate that, and I will be back again. Thank you Jose, and thank you Big O Tires.

The manager was greeted so awesome and explained clearly. The best I like is not waiting inside and they provided a ride so I can get my things done at home while waiting.

Nice clean shop, clean employees, had a lot in stock. Good communication.

I went in with a tire lamp on and they identified the issue right away, they found that I still had some warranty left which was awesome, Jose and Monte were awesome and gave me great service at a great price. I will always recommend Big O to anyone who asks, thanks again Jose and Monte

I called ahead to find out how long the wait was. The man on the phone was honest and polite. When I got to the store Mark was very attentive. He went out to the car and made sure what tire needed service. It was about a two hour wait and when I picked up the car they were very polite and respectful. I paid and was on my way. Extremely happy with the service at the Laveen location. Mark runs a good shop!

They made me feel comfortable and explain everything to me what needs to be taken care of. They want to make sure my car to be safe in a long run. I would recommend to my friends to go there. They are trust worthy.
