I’ve been here before and received great service so I returned to have a tire repair made. The staff is friendly & professional, they got the repair done in a very reasonable amount of time & the cost was reasonable too.

I needed new tires and I thought the car was out of alinement. Other tire places would not do the alinement. Big O did both and gave me a discount because I bought 4 tires.

I find that all the employees are knowledgeable and value their customers time and money. They have never tried to sell something I didn't need, and they looked ahead to determine what service our fleet needs before the date arrived. 10/10

I had new tires and an alignment done 4 months ago. I noticed a deterioration of my drive quality and major asymmetric tire wear on my front tires. I brought my car in, and they took a look at it. I called a couple of hours later, and they said they had confirmed a problem with the alignment had led to the tire wear, and they had ordered new tires and were getting ready to install them. They replaced the front tires and re-did the alignment, no questions asked, and didn't charge me anything. I was so impressed with their professionalism and willingness to stand by their work and fix something that went wrong. They earned my future tire business through this experience, and I've been telling other about my great experience there. I feel like it's rare to get quality, trustworthy service from an auto shop these days. I was very impressed.
