The tire sensor issues were explained precisely what the problem was, why it occurs, the time involved with labor and what parts were required. The price fit my budget and I will have my oil changed at Big O Tires as a result of their courtesy and the job was completed before the estimated time. I have recommended this store to two neighbors yesterday!

John is an amazing asset to your company. Diagnostics took a long time and John and team were persistent, kept me informed and got it fixed! Feel great sending my kid back to college in the car. Great customer service!!

The staff at this location is fantastic! Always friendly with our entire family. Very accommodating to the kids when I’ve had to bring them, even tiring on cartoons for them while we wait! John one of the new managers has been wonderful keeping us on the road safely!
