Great timely service

All I can say is WOW! Never in my life have I experienced such excellent customer service like this when getting my car worked on. From the moment I called to purchase a tire, John was patient and kind and wanted to ensure he met my needs. The tire was ordered and he called me to come to the shop to have it placed on once it arrived. Accidentally, I went to another Big O location and contacted John once I realized my mistake. He was patient and understanding. When I arrived to the shop, the moment I got out of my car, John directed the guys to grab my keys right away and get working on my car. He then greeted me and shook my hand. Honestly, I was shocked as I have never received this level of personable service at an auto shop. I went in the store and they began working on my car immediately. Within 30 minutes, they were done. John is a phenomenal employee and honestly I would bring my car back to this location in a heartbeat because of the level of service John and the team provided when I was there. If he hasn’t got one lately, John needs a raise!

Extremely satisfied with my visit. I drove from San Diego to Carefree and got a flat tire 13 miles from Carefree. I was able to schedule an appointment that night for the next day. The team was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation and was able to install, balance 4 new tires and give me an alignment. All finished in 1 day. I got a call back first thing in the AM from John to ensure they had the tires and then called back and spoke to Judah and spoke to him when I arrived to drop off my car and he explained the entire process. Will definitely recommend to my friends. The only reason I’m unlikely to go back to that location is I live in San Diego. Big Thank You to Judah and John!!!’

I came in with a completely flat tire and John was a huge help and very friendly on helping me. He wasn’t sure if he could do an oil change for me but was able to help me out and hook me up. Thank you guys for everything.

I was in need of trailer tires. Big O Tires could get what I needed by the next morning so I left my rims with them. And, by 9am the next morning, they already had the new tires mounted up and ready for pickup. This was great timing and much appreciated.
