I wrote out a long response in the survey before this one. Easy to schedule appointment, fast and friendly check in and assistance getting my flat tire out of the trunk. I have a spine injury and can't bend or lift so it was very helpful. John called to let me know my tire was too old to repair and could order a new one. I didnt want to drive on my spare so he helped me pick a new tire very similar to what I had. Went above and beyond when contacting me that my tire was ready, my phone service was bad and calls wouldn't come through so we texted me to let me know. Service was fast, they even put my new tire on for me since I can't change my own due to my injury. Check out was fast and everything was explained. Very satisfied and have peace of mind I can drive without worrying about my tire. I've been here a few times for tire repair and replacement, won't go anywhere else, I trust everyone who works at this location and it's always a great experience.

Staff was very helpful and made great suggestions to fit my needs and budget. They did not try to push the most expensive option on me.

John Wollam was fantastic he made our experience delightful! Judah and John keep us coming back time over time. They are the only place we would trust our vehicles. Aside from this they are overall great humans and very awesome.

I went into Big O for an oil change. There was an issue regarding the oil filter fitting and my car leaked a substantial amount of oil after completion. Big O did a great job rectifying the situation. At the end of the day things happen and we are all human. People deserve a chance of grace. Big O owned the situation, and they now have a customer for life.

John was friendly and followed up on the warranty equipment to get it replaced.

Easy to walk in and get tire fixed. Judah helped recommended fixing the tire rather than replacing the tire. I was called for update on service and moved forward with an alignment and tire fix.
