Big O Tires

There will not be a next time. 2 hours 15 min to get tires changed and aligned. The looking at alignment report it was worse after aligning, so they realigned it. Total 3 hours 15 min. Got in car, all 4 tires were different pressure and were not according to vehicle specs.

I feel like I was ranked over hot burning coals on all the little side expenses. When you appertize pay three tires and get one free and ended up paying $800 before tires I find that very misleading.

The amount that I was charged to do the same work that someone else would’ve done was almost double. I have to checkd with other maintenance people I have gotten other prices for the same work that and it was all explaind to me what had to be done and how the charges were so much less. I was not given the option of turning the rotors and just replacing the brake pads none of this was explained to me. I asked the people at the counter to make a courtesy allowance due to the fact that I found out they overcharged me but they did not respond to my request and only gave me reasons which were not true why they would not do so.

I was scheduled to get an oil change at the new location on Carefree Highway. I have used the Cave Creek location by the 101 for years. I feel that the new location just tried to upsell me a huge service instead of just changing my oil. I had just spent $2000 at the Cave Creek location no less than a month before
