I am trying to locate this location's supervisor. I asked if they fix windows, specifically my left rear-window is down and can't roll-up. I was told "We will try to but it is $89 to look at it (diagnose) and if we FIND issue, $89 deduct from fixing" OK I said. Approached by the shorter/thin man at register- told me 2 dif reasons- 1)rats 2) car too old. Then he said "So ?" "What do you want to do?" I said "What CAN I do?" He"Well i needed your approval to (just) put tape on window to keep it up, also, the right rear window won't go up", he casually said. I said 'What? i never asked you to roll up or down that window, i just wanted the left-rear to PULL UP if possible, (willing to pay $89 for this). He "It's your FAULT for asking us to do this, could be rats in wiring !" I had no way out of this, asked for the $89 to be not chg'd -- other cashier approved, saying "write notes on her bill to state why", well i got the notes and they are incorrect which i ASKED the shorter man -"Why does it state i came in for THREE broken windows? I asked only 1?" He said "Well your windows are broken!" I want BIGOTIRES to pay for the cost to replace right-rear need Tel #.

Oil change was fine. However, I was told my back brakes were shot and would cost $500 and $40 to clean the top of battery. Took my car for another inspection and said both front and back brakes were completely fine and my Acura would have had an alert come on if there was any brake issue. Big O Tires tried to rip me off. Very displeased and considering contacting BBB. Big O Tires is Big O Liars!!!

One car is still awaiting completion (two months). I have grounds to sue but prefer to work this out with the owner. The management and the mechanics are incompetent for the work they told me they were capable of completing. Please help me resolve this ASAP.

Dropped wheels off to have tires mounted and told to come back in 2 1/2 hours. Came back 2 1/2 hours later to sit in the lobby which I was told my wheels were almost ready. Waited another hour after hearing that. I'm pretty sure they didn't start until I got there. There was one nick of damage on a wheel and the tires were way over inflated but other than that it was ok.

Paid $166.08 for a four wheel alignment, after the “job” they stated they didn’t know how to adjust the Camber on a 2001 Ford Escape, a simple Google search or a Chilton book could answer that. They never even attempted to adjust to it. The Manager John, said that they're not adjustable, and that aftermarket cam bolts for strut adjustments don't exist for this vehicle. However, they are adjustable, all the suspension is new, standard and OEM, you're supposed to unbolt and rotate the upper strut mount, they didn't even touch the bolts or attempt to, everything was still covered in dust. Also, they do sell cam bolts for 01-08 escapes at every big box auto store, this car is 20 years old, the alignment has been adjusted many times. I don’t appreciate being scammed. Car still pulls to the left when the steering wheel is held straight. I paid for a job that was not completed.

It took 3 hours to put on 4 new tires and complete a tire alignment. Zero communication throughout the process. Employees were sitting around instead of working on my vehicle.

I just purchased a battery. I was told that had to be delivered from O Rielly auto parts that was 1 mile down the road. I was charged an extra $100 just to have the battery delivered. I was not informed of this exorbitant fee.

I took my vehicle in for oil leak and AC issues. Of course they found multiple other issues I paid them to repair. Oil leak is still happening after I brought it in twice. Same AC issue going on that I brought my vehicle in for 4 times. My alignment is off after they put new tires rods on. The guys were rude. Saying the issues were fixed and they have not been.

Improve communication - when the customer requests something and is told it will be done and then asks at pick up if it was done and is told yes it was done (after someone supposedly double-checked), Only to find out upon leaving it was NOT done, and then to have employees display attitude about performing said request, and then having to wait for the store to acquire the part (from a local parts store - what tire store does not have the proper adapter to air up the inside dual??) to perform said task. Especially after being blindsided on pricing - so I’m already unhappy. The next day I called to let the manager know what happened and that I would not be returning as a customer, and the mgr a) would not allow me to finish my version of events, b) told me I should be happy the situation was rectified - at the cost of my time and c) hung up on me. I have no plans to return to Big-O tires for anything
