Maybe look at what is being charged for a tire repair I think 45 dollars is extremely high

I made an 800 AM appointment 1 week in advance my vehicle went on the ramp 845AM with a new hire mechanic who was extremely slow. I got the vehicle returned 930 AM

My F150 was dropped off for oil change + air filter at 9AM. I was called at 11AM and told 2 tires should be replaced (2 previously purchased at this location), & that my battery failed testing & had to be replaced otherwise it would definitely die. I asked for pricing and was told the battery was $320.99. I deferred replacing tires but said OK to battery. Dropped my wife off to pick it up at about 5:20. Car was finished at about 5:40PM. Agent handed her a Big O envelope, said it contained the battery info/warranty, & she should keep it in the car. The envelope only contained a Big O store directory. I later remembered (obviously my fault) the battery was replaced by my Ford dealer on 11/28/2022 for $274 total. The invoice Big O gave her did not fully explain the charges nor did it state the battery warranty so I called and was told it was 3 years and the cost was $320.99 PLUS $82.50 labor = $403.49, and I could pick up a warranty copy. Aside from my surprise the battery failed after only 8 months, I was misled about the cost and surprised it was $403.49. I went back, was given warranty stating INT MTX-48/H6 is 3 years and $266.42 total. My invoice states INT MTX-94R/H7.

Make your deals more clear. Monsoon special was $49.90 and when I got there I was told my vehicle didn’t apply for promotion. I felt ripped off.

There were black grease marks on the passenger door as well as on the interior driver door armrest.

My appointment took much too long. 2 hours for an oil change, no information communicated to me throughout the process while I sat in the lobby. One problem with AC was mentioned and no conclusion on mentioned issue was given after appointment. Two problems were found, oil leak in engine bay and need for a new CV cap, but no further appointment or part order was expressed. Took 2 hours at 8am, when shop was not busy.

Tire had nail, was flat. I could have used the service to come get car tow, etc. Instead I changed it out and brought flat to shop[ when I called they said just bring it in] told associate I had to be at work in 2 hrs can he get me out within 1 hr. [ they just had to plug the hole, nail was small & in center ] 1.5 hrs later it was done. I missed my check in to work & lost a shift. There were other people in the bays [ workers? ] I live 2 minutes from discount tire. I had warranty with Big O. I should have gone to discount and pay to have it plugged.

The service writer Allen forgot to type in a tire rotation. I caught this after driving around with the same nail in the driver rear tire that was there when I dropped my truck off. I thought that the company would check the tires anyway....... This puts me as the client thinking, what else didn't they do...? Allen also informed me that the bulb they were supposed to replace was not a bulb problem, but a wiring problem, so didn't solve the issue... Then the next day, Sunday I was double checking fluids and guess what I found? The driver side bulb that I was charged for to be replaced and told it was, it was still in the Sylvania package stuffed down in the engine compartment! I called this morning to notify the store, and was told that we just owe you a bulb then.....Really? I just am not getting the warm and fuzzy on this at all. Btw I didn't challenge nor ask Allen for a discount or package deal for any of the services! I believe in getting what you paid for, and I didn't get what I paid for.

Tried to get an alignment on my lowered car (they said it was fine over the phone) and after getting it on the alignment rack told me they couldnt do anything and told me something was wrong and failed to tell me what was wrong. They have 0 idea what they are talking about.

The guy at the check in counter was very rude and would not listen to what I was trying to explain to him. It was my first and last time I’ll ever have my truck serviced there.
