I specifically requested in writing to have my tire pressure checked and stated the tires were low and needed air. Unfortunately when i got my truck back there was a failure to fill the tires to the appropriate tire pressure. I had to drive back to the store after I left and request air in my tires.

My appointment was for 2:00 pm. I arrive at 1:50 checkin went very smoothly. At 4:00 I asked how much longer? I had dinner engagement at 5:00 I drove out at 4:22 I feel it over far too long for a small car oil change!

Brought my vehicle in for a "royal flush." Was contacted to inform me that my rear shocks needed to be replaced, and was quoted ~$540. When I picked up the car, the bill for the shock replacement was close to $700. There was no explanation for the increased charge.

I came to schedule the appointment for my alignment and the gentleman quoted$109 was very friendly, I got there and the man behind the desk was not at all friendly told me I was given the wrong price abs it was $159 ok it can happen but he was so unwelcoming. I need to buy new rims for my truck now, as one of mine is damaged but I didn't want to bother him by asking if you carried them. My truck was faster then I expected which was nice but sadly that guy helped me again and again unfriendly so I didn't bother asking about the wheels.

Disappointed

I had a bad experience with big O tires many years ago and had thought I would never returned to them again I tried to give the new store in Cave Creek a try. However after a very expensive bill my alignment was still not correct and they kept telling me it was the tires. The tires are brand new and they did not tell me anything about the tires after the initial inspection. My vehicle is still out of alignment

While I was there I witnessed one of the staff get visibly upset with an elderly lady. She seemed quite demanding but still is not right to treat an elderly like that. The tires that I booked online were not in stock. I got an email saying there was something wrong and I would be contacted. I was not. The day after I got the tires replaced the low tire pressure warning went on. Still pending if that has been corrected as I visited today and they attempted to remedy the problem

If you accept appointments then I expect to drive up and have the work done immediately. Not wait 30 min and then have to go up and demand my car to be removed and told that it is done but there was a repair blocking it. There was more excitement and energy put into eating pizza that arrived then finishing my car and getting me on my way. Should not take 90 min to do an alignment with an appointment. It was clear to me that the appointment information did not flood into the computer screen since the rep at the desk looked obvious to the fact I had scheduled an appointment and asked all the same questions that I filled out for the appointment. Very inefficient and was expecting more efficiency

When purchasing new tires, it would be nice to leave with a positive of feeling on the product. Removing stickers, cleaning tires, and wiping off the rims should be done for optimal customer service.

Disappointed!

Was told the vehicle needed additional repairs like brake pads which were not the case. The ONE thing I brought it in for was not addressed immediately, but I needed to poke around to find what specifically was causing the rubbing noise in the front wheels. Only AFTER I said that EVERYTHING that they recommended be repaired would not have caused the rubbing noise, was the fact that the hub bearings were an issue. - Deceptive! I also was told all 4 brakes were worn when the pads on the front were nearly brand new. JV!!!!

Complete work in a timely manner and charge what you initially quoted. When the work is not done correctly and had to return to shop it should be a priority to complete the job. And a simple "I'm sorry" would go a long way.
